Did you know fall is the ideal time to plant in California? Winter rains help plants get established, leading to eye-catching blooms in the spring! Learn about the many benefits of gardening with water-wise plants in this informative and inspiring webinar.

In this webinar, EBMUD Water Conservation Representative, Jessica Woodard and California Native Plant Society Horticultural Outreach Manager, Ann Marie Benz will discuss the benefits of native plants and plant design considerations such as texture, color, shape and size. A variety of plant lists and design tools will be introduced to help gardeners create a beautiful garden that saves water, and supports birds, butterflies, and beneficial insects.

Research shows people are highly influenced by their neighbors, which means your garden may have a ripple effect and you may end up with a street full of beautiful gardens!
